12 HOUR RENTAL

$2,400 Flat Rate – No Hidden Fees

OVERAGES

Overtime Fee - $300 per hour

Dumpster Fee - $150 (If you fill the dumpster and need an additional dumpster pick up)

Cleaning Fee - $350 (We’ll only charge if the studio isn’t left in good condition)
